If I had to write an essay like "Going Out For a Walk", I would probably write about my experiences of hunting. "Going Out For a Walk" is an informal essay about the author's personal experiences with walking. I feel that I would write about my hunting experiences because I've had so many of them, I would be able to write a solid essay on my hunting experiences. My thesis would be somewhere along the lines of, "Hunting is a skill that I have acquainted myself with over years of experiences like the early mornings and breakfasts with my father, the long and quiet walks to the blind along with the many long hours spent in the hunting blind, and lastly the experience of shooting an animal." My three points would include the following:
1. The early morning alarm, and eating breakfast with my dad.
2. the long and quiet walk with my dad to our hunting blind, and the long and painful wait in the blind.
3. the experience of shooting a deer, the overwhelming feeling, the dressing of the animal, etc.
